Fialdini Advogados (“Office”) maintains the security and privacy of the personal data of its clients and users, both in our physical unit and on the internet, in compliance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (“LGPD”).
Any personal data processing activity carried out by the Office will be based on a legal basis provided for by law and linked to a determined and legitimate purpose, namely: (i) compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, (ii) regular exercise of rights in processes, ( iii) when necessary to execute a signed contract, or procedures necessary to conclude it, or (iv) meet the legitimate interests of the Firm, its partners and third parties.
The definition of which personal data may be part of the collection and processing depends on the relationship between the client and/or user and will be used to fulfill the contracted purpose. Some information may be collected, but not limited to personal data sent and/or entered by the client and/or user when accessing our website and/or when contracting services provided by our office; receive personal data through third parties, whether partners or service providers, who already have a relationship with the customer and/or user.
The sharing of personal data will occur exclusively for the purposes of complying with contract execution, laws, regulations, self-regulation, court orders and processes or administrative activities of legitimate interest or when requested by the holder himself.
Personal data will be kept for the period required by law or for the time necessary to preserve the legitimate interest.
Our electronic channels (websites and/or applications) may collect some information through cookies. Through cookies, information about browsing activities can be collected, such as, but not limited to, IP (“Internet Protocol”) address, length of stay, pages accessed, activity records (logs), among others. information for statistical purposes and performance improvements, browsing experience and possible targeting of campaigns for products and services of interest to the user.
The customer and/or user is guaranteed the following rights, without prejudice to others provided for in current legislation and regulations: confirmation of the existence of processing of their personal data; access to this data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or processed data that does not comply with the LGPD; portability of your personal data, upon express request, deletion of data processed with the holder’s consent, in compliance with applicable storage periods.
